• Game and evaluation records — game assignments, officiating evaluations, and mentorship notes entered by mentors or administrators.
• Usage data — pages visited, session duration, and browser/device type, collected automatically by analytics tools.
• Payment information — billing details processed by our payment provider when subscription fees apply. We do not store raw card numbers.

How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate you and control access to your data.
• To display game schedules, assignments, and evaluation history to authorized users.
• To allow mentors to record and review evaluations for the officials they supervise.
• To process subscription payments.
• To understand aggregate usage patterns and improve the App.

Third-Party Services

We share data with the following categories of third parties only to the extent necessary to operate the App:

• Hosting and infrastructure — the App and its database run on third-party cloud infrastructure. Your data is stored on their servers subject to their security practices.
• Authentication — sign-in is handled through Google OAuth. Google may receive your email address as part of the authentication flow.
• Analytics — we use third-party analytics to collect aggregate usage statistics. Analytics providers may set cookies or collect IP addresses.
• Payment processing — subscription payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store raw card data ourselves.

We do not sell your personal information to data brokers or advertisers.

Data Retention

We retain your account data and evaluation records for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you request account deletion, we will remove or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.

Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
